WHAT TO EXPECT:
The 2019 Treasure Coast Friends of NRA Banquet & Auction will be held at Mariner Sands Country Club at the main clubhouse.
Check-In Table. Check-in with our volunteers right inside the main doors of Mariner Sands Country Club. You will need the hard copy of your dinner ticket. Each guest must have his/her own dinner ticket for entry. If you purchased your tickets online, bring your printed receipt to give to the Committee Members at the Check-in Table, and they will exchange it your receipt for actual dinner tickets.
Enter to Win a Door Prize! If you want to enter to win a door prize, drop off your completed dinner ticket stub (the perforated portion of the end of your dinner ticket) into the container on the Door Prize Table next to the Check-In Table. Based on availability, door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening. The ticket stub must be filled out legibly and completely for valid entry into the door prize raffles. You must be present to win. Door prizes are called only 3 times then another name will be pulled.
Pre-purchased Fun Packs. If you pre-purchased discounted fun packs, you can pick them up at the Will Call Table.
KEEP IN MIND:
If you are purchasing tickets for others, e.g. a table of guests, you are solely responsible for getting those tickets to your guests for entry.
Discounted FunPacks can ONLY be pre-purchased from Committee Members, by completing the Order Form, and will be available at the Will Call Table upon your arrival.
At the Banquet & Auction, all Bars will be CASH ONLY. The Bars do not accept credit cards. We will not have cash available, and there are no nearby banks.
FunMoney (contained in the FunPacks) will not be accepted at the Bars.
TCFNRA accepts cash, checks or money orders made payable to the “Treasure Coast FNRA” or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
Entry is 1 ticket for each guest.
If you need to leave a ticket at Will Call for your individual guest, please place each ticket in a separate envelope with the individual guest’s name printed clearly on the front, and deliver that envelope to the Committee Member manning the Will Call Table.
Firearms winners must pick up their weapon within 30 calendar days of the event or the firearm shall be returned to the NRA Foundation or used for next year's event, No Exceptions!
Buy Fun Packs. If you haven’t already bought a fun pack, locate one of the Raffle Ticket Ladies to purchase $100, $200, $300, $500 or more Fun Money Packages to use in connection with the Bucket Raffles and Games. The Raffle Ticket Ladies should be easily identifiable as they will be wearing Red Dresses and circling the room throughout the night. You can also purchase Fun Money Packages directly from the Cashier.
Games. Games will be located inside the main hall. You may use Cash and Fun Money to purchase chances to win. Games will be announced shortly after closing down, typically during dinner, which takes place approximately at 7:30pm.
Bucket Raffles. At the Bucket Raffles, be sure to drop your bucket raffle tickets into their appropriate buckets for the items in which you’re interested. Please feel free to ask any Committee Member if you have any questions. Bucket Raffles winners are called after the Live Auction.
Silent Auctions. Begin bidding on Silent Auction items - bidding on the Silent Auction occurs from 6:00 PM till approximately 7:30 PM, or until NRA Field Rep Tom Knight closes the bidding. After closing the bidding, silent auction sheets are taken to the cashier. Silent Auction winners are not called. If you think you won a silent auction, please see the cashier.
Live Auction. Bidding on the Live Auction will begin at approximately 8:00pm, after NRA Field Rep Tom Knight closes the bidding on the Silent Auctions and after Dinner is served.
